When we went it was not busy, which added to the knowledge we were able to get from our visit. You learn how this played a vitale role during the Nazi occupation of Krakow, moreso the ghetto. There are plenty of picture and visual aides for you to see to understand the importance.
Loved it so much information and history! There really is a lot to read. We didn't get to finish reading everything, but if you have some time its still interesting to check out. I'll be visiting again and coming here to take my time and read more. Online tickets said not available but when I asked in person, they said you can get tickets 2 doors down. So glad we were able to get tickets.
