The Dragon Statue was great. I didn't know it existed. I was in Krakow for four days. On the first day I was strolling just doing sightseeing and I passed the statue. I wanted to take a picture, but there were so many tour groups around that getting an image without random people in it was a mission. I noticed the black mouth of the dragon, but didn't think anything of it at that stage. So I walked on. The next day I noticed small little dragon statues all over the city and I decided to go on a dragon hunting quest. It was amazing. The things you see in the city while searching for the little dragons are extraordinary. Then I read on the internet that the big dragon statue is fire breathing and that fire comes out of its mouth. So I went back and waited for the fire. It comes out about once every 3 - 4 minutes. But waiting was worth it. That along with the little dragons kept me entertained for the duration of my stay there.
Must visit place in Krakow. I walked from old town to Dragon statue, it was a good walk, highly suggested. The dragon spits fire every few minutes, I lost the track of the exact interval. The castle is a beautiful place and this one adds the charm, totally worth the time. The climate was too cold but that was definitely the best thing. Walk and reach, you will enjoy it the most
