A fantastic underground pub with real character, opened in 1956. It’s a great place to visit, enjoy the atmosphere, and relax with an excellent cocktail or a really good coffee. A true hidden gem worth experiencing.
Wow what a place, like stepping back in time... highly recommend visiting this bar while in krakow.cosy with lovely atmosphere..good beers at a good price just off the main square..one of the most beautiful bars I've ever been to! Anybody visiting Krakow has to seak out this hidden gem...we will definitely will be back.👍
An absolutely wonderful experience at Piwnica Pod Baranami. The atmosphere is warm, elegant, and full of character, making it feel truly special. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and clearly made with care and high-quality ingredients. The service was friendly, attentive, and professional without being rushed. A perfect place to enjoy great Polish cuisine in the heart of Krakow. Highly recommended — we will definitely return.
Great bar for many reasons...mulled wine was the best we tasted in our visit go Kraków. Cozy bar with lots of quirks. We left a message in the secret draw among many other happy and sad ones. Ours was happy 😊
Absolutely adorable place! I love the photos and signatures from all the musicians and artists who had ever been here. I even found one of my favourite directors, Andrej Wajda's hand print and had a selfie with it. What a pleasure and honour!
