Less of the usual museum, the Live Bagel Museum of Krakow educates on the history and making of the obwarzanek through hands-on activity in small group settings. During the class, we got to shape the dough to form the obwarzanek, learn about when and how the obwarzanek was created and how to tell if the obwarzanek is legally produced. It was a fun and engaging class and I would highly recommend to kids and adults who love food!
