Best is their opening time at 7am. Pastries (as told) freshly baked daily. Croissants were flaky. Pain aux raisins was okay. In house bread were soft and paired really well with butter and jam. Can’t go wrong with that. Matcha latte was sad looking and lacked match flavor/taste. Spacing / seatings are really packed and next to each other. Nothing really stand out - least for me.

On our first day in Krakow we were eager to try the much‑talked‑about Café Charlotte. The atmosphere on arrival was lively and inviting, and we were seated with table service. We ordered a double espresso macchiato, a double espresso, a Magdalenska, and a white chocolate cheesecake. When the coffees arrived, I noticed that instead of a macchiato I had been served another espresso with milk on the side. On questioning this, the waitress explained that they don’t serve macchiatos, only espresso with milk. After asking again, the second attempt was closer, but the lack of foam and the initial response left me disappointed. The cheesecake itself was enjoyable, but it was served with a small coffee spoon rather than a fork, which made eating it awkward. Details like this matter, and I feel the management should pay closer attention to them. Overall, while the café has a great vibe, the service and presentation fell short of expectations. Sadly, my Charlotte experience was not as positive as I had hoped.

I ordered a "fruit with granola" and got grapes with granola. Which... Is fruit to be honest! ,just seriously lacking in variety 😅 I also had a Matcha with oat milk, it's not the best matcha I've had. I think if you want a pastry to go it must be good. But for me it's overrated and not worth the visit. The service as nice and helpful, they were very kind and effective.

10/10 we ate some sandwiches and they were amazing, great ingredients, great prices, quick service and nice ambient and music. Would repeat. (Btw you can also buy them homemade marmalade and homemade bread😉)

A cute place in the heart of Krakow. The atmosphere is very warm, friendly and pleasant. We had a basket with different kinds of bread and tasty jams. Our waitress, Susie, was kind and helpful in choosing the best ones. Definitely will come back again.
