Polenez Kebab & Turecka Restauracja

Been craving a proper kebab since we arrived in Krakow — you see kebab shops everywhere here, but I didn’t want a greasy takeaway. This place absolutely nailed it. Hands down better than any kebab I’ve had even in Turkey. Every dish we ordered was spot on, full of flavour, fresh, and served fast. The atmosphere is brilliant too — lively, busy, and you can see straight into the open kitchen which is always a good sign. We walked past earlier and the place was packed, so we took that as a hint — glad we listened. Exceptional food, great service, and worth every single bite.

We ordered three tombik doner, an Iskender kebab, and a kusbasili pide. The food was exceptionally delicious, and they even bake their own bread. The service was excellent and hospitable. We thoroughly enjoyed both the taste of the food and the restaurant's atmosphere. Just waiting time was ling a little bit for us. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Firstly, staff very attentive. Menu handed immediately, drinks came before food. We had chips, which were delivered hot and then Turkish mixed pizza which was so tasty. Base light, cheese light, plenty of toppings and freshly served hot. Not left with a greasy taste in the mouth. Restaurant is very clean and nice atmosphere. The most delicious food I've eaten since I've put my feet in Poland! You can clearly taste the quality of every dish, the portions are big and the prices are low. Cute atmosphere, nice staff! Hopefully we can eat here again before departing! 🩵

We waited 25 minutes for our food. We wanted to have soup but there were no spoons. We asked a waitress for a spoon, and she said she would bring one, but after another 15 minutes it still hadn’t arrived.
