Sausages from the blue Nysa

If your in Krakow, please visit this van if your after some cheap, tastey authentic polish street food. Very well set out and absolutley delicious. 10/10. Grab a hot sausage and bread roll with mustard/ketchup and a drink for around £5.

Traditional kielbasa cooked over an open flame, sold from a blue Nysa van. Now it may have been the pre-prandial wodkas and whatnot, but I'm still confident in saying that the sausage was one of the tastiest things I've ever sampled. Ridiculously good. The blue Nysa has legendary status and, should you be lucky enough to visit, you'll see why.
