The Trust

First time in Krakow, and Trust Bar completely set the tone for my entire trip. The customer service was impeccable from the moment I walked in—the staff were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. I was treated like royalty and truly had the best time. The bartenders were outstanding—fun, knowledgeable, and passionate about their craft, drinks, and Polish history and culture. The manager that night was also fantastic and added to the overall experience. This ended up being my favorite place I visited in Krakow. A huge thank you to Mikołaj (“the coat guy”), Dawid (“the guy who does crazy things with the shaker”), and Szymon for making this such an unforgettable experience. Definitely the highlight of my trip to Poland. 🇵🇱 Can’t wait to come back and bring my wife! Na zdrowie 🥃🥃

We didn’t eat here, we just had drinks. As soon as we stepped through the door we were taken to a table where our coats were taken and we were supplied with drinks menus. Our waitress (Emilia) was fantastic. She answered any questions we had and explained the concept behind the drinks and answered any ingredient queries we had. When the drinks were brought to us she gave us the story of the drink, its relationship to the song title name, and in some cases an explanation of how that came about. The drinks themselves were fantastic. You could tell that a considerable amount of time and effort had gone into their design. The best way to explain the experience is that, it was like going to a Michelin starred cocktail bar. The standouts for me were; homemade cherry bourbon liqueur, Red Red Wine, You Spin Me Round, Have You Ever Seen The Rain, and the one served with a beautiful chunk of chocolate (sorry, I can't remember the name).

I’m often critical of a “themed”-cocktail bar. It feels contrived more often than not. The Trust did a great job though, basing their cocktails on well known national and international songs. The staff are trained in the story behind each drink and have excellent eye for detail and hosting. The styling of each drink is well thought out and we thoroughly enjoyed the menu.

One of the best cocktail bars I’ve ever visited. The drinks are creative, well-balanced, and beautifully presented just like in a Michelin star place. The atmosphere is elegant but relaxed. Even the waitresses are as knowledgeable as the bartenders, which really shows how professional the whole team is. Highly recommended for anyone who loves top-quality cocktails and great service.

The Trust in Krakow was an incredible find, recommended by our hotel bartender, and it absolutely did not disappoint!
